Stone Age - Mesolithic

The earliest discovered traces of human presence in the Trilj region originate from the Stone Age, also known as the Mesolithic Age (10000 – 6000 BC). Stone fragments found at Glavičica, positioned on the right bank of the Cetina River, downstream from the confluence of Ruda into Cetina, are considered to come from this period.
